So my top choice school is missing a transcript from a community college I attended a few years ago.  I ordered it a month ago and another school received it about two weeks ago, but it is still listed as missing at this other school.  They have a student copy of it.

My application status is now listed as 'Application Under Review.'  What, if anything, should I do?  Thanks!

I had this exact same thing happen, only they were missing all of my transcripts! Depending on how many applicants there are, your transcripts just might not be entered in the system yet. I emailed the academic advisor of the school I was applying to and asked. If they're done uploading transcripts, explain that you sent them earlier and ask if you can resend it. It's totally acceptable to email whoever is in charge of the graduate applications and explain the problem to them.

Ditto! They wanted them ASAP as well. So I paid the extra expedite fee and had the school Fedex another transcript. I was able to see who signed for it and let the admin contact know, upon which she confirmed the receipt.

Just as ihatechoosingusernames suggested, it's a good idea to call them or send them an email to ask if they really haven't received the transcript or if it just hasn't been entered in the system yet. I had the same problem with my GRE and TOEFL scores - one of the schools had marked them as not received although I had sent them two months earlier. I emailed the graduate coordinator, and she confirmed that they had received the scores and changed the status accordingly.
