Berkeley EE MS

Hey Guys,

 

I applied to Berkeley EE MS only (not the MEng) and I was wondering if anyone's had any knowledge or experience about when they give results?

 

From their website, it they specifically say

 

"An MS-only program is available in both EECS and CS, but admits very few students. It is appropriate for research-oriented students who may have particular reasons not to continue on to the PhD immediately or who want to try their hand at research without committing to the Ph.D..."

 

Thus it seems like I should probably just give up my hopes on that, and focus on other opportunities.

I understand it might be frustrating but I would suggest you to put your hope on some other programs. Last year it only admitted one or two MS students.Their profiles are both like "oh, wow....". (I got this information from my friends at UCB)
