aliucla Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Anyone else waiting to hear back from them? I just got off the phone with the history department, and they mentioned that all decisions and notifications have already been made. When I mentioned that I have received no notification (via email, phone or website) they advised to call back next Wednesday when the graduate advisor returns. Anyone in the same boat as me?
lafayette Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Last year Columbia took an incredibly long time to turn around rejections (it was almost silly, seeing as it was just a form letter). I think it was about a month after acceptances.

Zephyr99 Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Yeah... you probably got rejected. Sorry to be so curt.
diasporabound Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 If it helps, Columbia's admitted students day is March 7th- I found out a while ago, so I'm sure you would have heard by now if you were admitted. You might be on the wait list though, and they have a large cohort (compared to other places) so don't give up hope!

catsandscarves Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Anyone else apply to Columbia and not been rejected or accepted? Yay for limbo!
