Ebola Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 (edited) I got accepted to both schools' umbrella program for a PhD in biomedical sciences. I'm looking to do biochemistry/biophysics in the future. Does anyone know which school is better for that? I'm so conflicted!!! Edited April 1, 2014 by Ebola propensity 1
kb1234 Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 Case is a very good school for engineering but I think Vandy is more complete as a school. Both schools are top notch, you cant go wrong with either.
rising_star Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Depends more on the quality of the PIs/labs and funding than anything else, I think.
KindaHardWorker Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Go with the lab/research that you want. If you haven't decided, which school has more options? Also, as a default, not Case Western.
Ebola Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 Thank you guys for your feedback! It was really helpful! I decided to go with Vanderbilt!
