haoran Posted June 19, 2014 Share Posted June 19, 2014 How much will a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology help in getting into a well-ranked MBA program? I'm sure there are more important factors in an application, but am I wrong in thinking this is a big application enhancer? My research interests are in leadership and employee motivation. I think the knowledge I'll gain will prove valuable in my career. My question, however, is if this is an unnecessary means of getting into a good MBA program.
