bbdd2 Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 (edited) Wondering if I should retake. Q 152 V 158 GPA is about 3.3/4 WES Applying to pharmaceutical sciences programs phd at medium to low ranked schools. I'm an international student Expecting about 4.5- 5.5 in analytical writing Wondering if I should retake so I stand a better chance. I do have one year internship experience with an Indian research agency for pharmaceuticals Taught in labs to first year students. Please help assess my credentials. PS A couple of schools clearly state 300/3.0 Gre/GPA as base requirements Edited June 29, 2014 by bbdd2
iphi Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Yes, you should probably work to get your quant score higher. The rest is good enough.

Seconding this one, for a scientific field a quantitative score of 152 is very low and won't inspire much confidence, but nothing else is a red flag. You could use the results search here for the programs you're interested in attending to see what the stats are for those they admit/reject and see how you compare.
