do you mention any credentials on your business card? or just professional certifications...

What do you mean by credentials? I have not made any business cards yet but I plan on doing so within a year, once I reach candidacy. I am not 100% certain what I will put on the card yet.

 

My first thought was to keep it extremely simple, and just have my name, "PhD Candidate", my department and school name, my email address and my website URL. 

 

My second thought was to perhaps add a few "keywords" (i.e. like those you would find on indexing services) of my main research interests.

 

I am not sure what else I could add that is both useful and does not add too much clutter. I'll be interested in hearing what others say about this!

My cards don't list any credentials or certifications. They also don't list the field of my PhD. They're just name, job title, department, university, phone number, and email.
