KorvID
I'm curious, do they give you rankings or scores if you ask? Could I email NSERC to ask for that? I want to apply again next year and have an idea what to improve most.
archykhan
Its almost mid June, I was wondering, have the shortlisted candidates been notified yet or not. Has anybody here from the wait-listed candidates received any good news?
fish_man
Hello, I have a question regarding NSERC pdf and Banting. If you apply to Banting does it count as your one application to pdf, or are they treated separately? Thanks, Matt
archykhan
Hi Matt, Bantting and PDF are different application, e.g., you can apply to Bantting this year and apply to PDF next year. I believe you can apply to Banting several times. However, one good thing about PDF is that you are not restricted to your proposed position of tenure and you can take you award and go anywhere you want, while with Banting you are bounded to your proposed location.
