Schools that don't require letters of recommendation?

I was just wondering what schools are out there that don't require letters of recommendation in their application process. I know about Texas Tech! Who else?

The California State University system does not require letters of recommendation if your GRE is above a certain score (I think it was 310?). CSUs do not offer PhDs, though, only Masters.

 

Edit: Realized I was in the SLP section! Oops - although I'm pretty sure CSU's offer SLP degrees?

CSUs do have SLP master's programs but almost all of them require letters of recs. The only one that I know of that doesn't is CSU Long Beach.
