Current school's transcript

I am a first year graduate student. I just finished my first semester. I am applying other graduate programs now. I'm wondering whether should I provide the transcript for the first semester. Because the school doesn't have B+/B-, getting a B means GPA 3.0. I think it will give bed impression to the admission committee.

 

Since I have applied two schools before the finals. I didn't have transcripts at that time. So I didn't provide transcripts. But right now I have the transcript. I don't know whether I could neglect this and tell them I am in the current school in the SOP and CV other than provide the transcript.

Even if you don't send it initially, they're likely to ask for it if the application deadline is in January. You'll need to make a strong case in your SOP for why you can do better in another graduate program and have your recommenders do the same.

There is no moral way around what you are considering.  The prospective schools will request for your official transcript from your current institution.  You will not be able to matriculate into another program without that transcript.  I can assure you that a school's grading scale will not cause an admissions committee to view you in a negative way.
