Hello guys,

I got an interview from a Canadian U. three weeks ago. The secretary told me that they would make their decisions on the FIRST WEEK of February.  Here comes my question: I hear nothing from them and it is the second week of February now. Is this a sign of denial?  :(

Do you think I should email or call the admission office this week? The silence is killing me ...

Thank you

I wouldn't assume that it automatically means you're denied. You could email a program administrator (or a POI you've been in contact with) to ask for an update.

I had an interview in November and still no response)) I emailed the department and they said the meeting regarding my application will only be held this week. So don't worry, there also might be a chance that they are waiting to hear about scholarships for you from other departments.
