SAIS Applicants - Fellowship Opportunity Notice

I recently got an email with two fellowship opportunities attached with application instructions. One was for those interested in government service and the other was for those who work might be relevant in preventing terrorism.

 

I'm wondering if this is something everyone got, if this is something people with relevant interests got, or if I truly am the special snowflake my elementary school teacher told me I was.

Pretty sure it gets sent out to everyone. I received a similar email last year during the application cycle

I got the same email. Perhaps we are two special snowflakes?

I applied to SAIS this year but received no such email. It is possible it's only sent to people who have made it to a certain point in the application process or who are going to be admitted (which I likely won't be - at least I didn't make the cut for early decision...)
