I was recently accepted via email to two MS programs within the same college. On the email the admissions offers sent to congratulate my acceptance with attached acceptance letters, the department heads of both programs were also copied. The admission officer also said in the email that I can write to them at any time with questions. I replied to all to thank them, reiterate my interest in the programs and ask when I can potentially arrange for a visit to meet with faculty and students. It's been almost a week and no reply from any of them. I feel kind of awkward as I have replied to 6 people and I'm pretty sure they've all seen it by now, should I follow up with another email or wait a little longer?

I have no informed advice, but I wanted to offer my sympathy, because that does sound awkward and confusing. I suppose my next step would be to contact the primary contact person for each program individually (whether it's the director of graduate studies or their assistant or whoever else) and just mentioned that you hadn't heard back and are still interested in meeting. Maybe every person you replied to thought someone else would contact you with the answers, or maybe someone forgot that it was on their to do list.

Is the school visit part of requirements for admission? If not, then you don't need to meet with them. Don't email them again unless a school visit is required.

I would pick one person and write exclusively to them—either the department heads or someone in admissions. Make it clear that you've written ONLY to them in the email. Like Taeyers said, my guess would be that each of the six people assumed that one of the other people copied would take care of the scheduling.
