Could you tell us a little more about the context? If the program requires a B average in your last two years of study, it typically means that you have a 3.0 GPA in your courses above the 3000 level.

Thanks for your reply. I actually applied for Canadian grad school. I'm wondering if it means average of last 10 full courses (or last 20 half courses)?

Yes it means the average over the last 10 full or 20 half courses or a mixture of both.. at least for me it was since some of my courses were full year and some were just one semester.
