how to reject RA offer (letter sample ) help!

can you help me in writing an RA rejection letter, shall i mention the university at which i choose, shall i say reject or not accept.

 

If you can write me a sample i will appreciate.

I don't think it's called helping when you ask others to completely write it for you.  However, if you have a finished draft you want opinions on, I'm sure someone would give their advice.

I wouldn't mention specifics... I'd treat it like a kind and thoughtful breakup.

 

E.g., "Thank you very much for your offer of admission/funding. I have given it a lot of thought, and while I recognize the many great opportunities available to me at School X, I believe that another program better matches my interests. Accordingly I would like to decline your offer."

Copy and paste a school rejection letter and replace your name with the school's.
