Accepted to two programs within the same college...

I'm having a hard time choosing between two masters programs in the same department, they fall under the same field but not exactly too closely related. I thought I had made up my mind on program A, but I recently received an email from a POI of program B reinforcing his interest in having me as a grad student to work on these exciting researches together, and strongly urging me to consider program B.

 

I'm very conflicted at this point, overall, I am more interested in the more technical skill sets I can obtain from program A, but I still am interested in certain theoretical topics from program B and would love to do research with that particular professor. Has anyone been in similar situations before? Is there a possibility that I can negotiate some sort of compromise with the school to be involved in both?
