Experiment Scheduling

Hey guys, I was hoping for some advice on keeping track of different stages of my experiment.

 

I will be doing fieldwork involving checking bird nests for nestlings, and will need to perform experiments on them different days post-hatching. There are a lot of nests, and I was hoping someone used some sort of calendar/appointment app that could help me keep track of which nests need a certain procedure done on a specific day.

 

If anything, whatever scheduling app suggestions are helpful.

I just use Google Calendar to schedule everything, but I've never had to do the kind of thing you're talking about.
