andrestoga Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 Hi, I’m going to reject three PhD offers and I was thinking to write to each POI the following email: “Hi XXX, I finally made a decision. After thinking in what’s the best fit for my current research interest, I decided to decline the offer from XXXX. Thank you very much professor for all your time and support in this process.
