Is that ok this email to POI to decline offer?

Hi,

 

I’m going to reject three PhD offers and I was thinking to write to each POI the following email:

 

“Hi XXX,

 

I finally made a decision. After thinking in what’s the best fit for my current research interest, I decided to decline the offer from XXXX. Thank you very much professor for all your time and support in this process.

 

I hope we can collaborate in the future.”

 

Is that ok? Or should I include the university I chose to attend?

That sounds fine. It's optional to include the school you will attend (no reason to keep it secret though).

I would include where you're going since they're likely to find out anyway.
