DavidYu Posted April 14, 2015 Share Posted April 14, 2015 I got offers from Columbia and U Penn for M.S Electrical Engineering. Does anyone familiar with either program? I go to Ohio State for undergrad but not really familiar with programs from these two schools. I am wondering how is the VLSI lab from Columbia. But then I did my electronics engineering in 2009 from India, but that's what I gather from my friends who are in different US universities.
