Anyone else have trouble accessing their online materials for Kaplan books?

I have the GRE Premier 2016, and I'd like to utilize the online materials it comes with at kaptest.com/booksonline, but I have always gotten and error message for the past week ("We are unable to process your request").  They never got back to my emails, so I am quite frustrated because I paid a lot of money for this book.
