Taking GRE on Nov.1st, will I be able to apply before Dec.1st.

I just started preparing for GRE. I don't think I'll be ready before Nov. 1st. Do you think It's safe to take the test around that time and to have the results sent to programs with Dec. 1st deadlines.

You should be fine. It usually takes anywhere from 1-3 wks to process GRE scores.

Yeah you'll be fine. I took mine in early November 2012 and they were fine for my December deadlines.

Grad Schools often take weeks, if not months, to properly review all of the applications that they receive. As such, as long as your physical application has been submitted by the application deadline AND your GRE score is 'on the way', you should be fine.
