Raw Score vs. Actual Score

Hi guys,

I just took the GRE yesterday and my raw score was V 161 Q 162. I was wondering how much that may change before I get my actual scores back in a few weeks.

99% chance it will not change at all.

Hello laujorg,

 

The score you see after the test is the score you will get in the end. The grading of V and Q is completed by computer. That's why you get it instantly and that score seldom (never) changes. What you actually get in a few weeks is the essay scores, which are given by human graders.
