NYU/ Columbia Advanced Standing MSW Fall 2016

I am applying to both NYU and Columbia advanced standing programs. Can anyone tell me who the practicum evaluation is supposed to be sent to? Is it my field instructor from my university or the field supervisor from my placement? Please help :-/

I'm an  advanced standing student at Columbia. I would send the practicum evaluation to whoever can elaborate more on your skills in field. I sent mine to my field supervisor because we worked more closely together than my field instructor.
