Taking courses for a Pass/Fail credit

Recommended Posts

I am planning to take a computer science elective as a pass/fail course next semester and not having it count towards my GPA. I was wondering whether grad schools look down upon these courses that are pass/fail versus an actual grade? Since this is not a CSD or major course I am assuming it will be alright...

they dont care, but remember when they count for the last 60 (if they do) that course will be skipped, so make sure youre aware of that when youre calculating backwards for your sub gpa
