What should I do if I don't know the title of a coordinator?

I am trying to ask E. Helen Anderson at UT Austin some questions about Ph.D. application, but I don't know the lady's title. Should I use Ms. or Mrs.? Or I just use Professor or Dr.? Unless you know that someone is married, do not use "Mrs." as a title in any sort of communication.

You can use "Ms." because it is acceptable for married and unmarried women and therefore is safe to use when you don't know her marital status.
