First of all, could you please help me in refining this hypothesis and if it sounds logical:

"Positive perception of eco-brand used in green advertisement leads to trust in green advertisement." or it will make more sense if it will be like this - "the more positive perception of eco-brand consumer has, the more consumer trusts in green advertisement"?

The core question is about the method I should use. as far as I know, to prove it wrong or right, I have to test the correlation level between that two construct. am I right? could you please advise?
