onceinalifetime Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 I've been emailing back and forth with a POI. Today, he asked me send him a paper I'd written on a specific project we'd been discussing that was pretty similar to research he had underway on bioelectronics. So I attached the file to an email and sent it over. But about half a second after I pressed send, I got this horrible feeling. I went to my sent mail folder to check, and I was right - I had accidentally sent him a picture of my penis instead. How do I even go about apologizing for this? And even if I do, is this relationship salvageable? Fuck!! pink_freud, mschanandlerbong, PinkFreud22 and 9 others 3 9
Yav Friendly Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Upon reading the first half I thought you regret sending him the paper because it was not published and you were worried that the POI may potentially scoop you. But what a plot twist! ExponentialDecay and maheshakya 2

You should contact the POI and explain this is an honest mistake. But you can not have any expectations. It is not up to you now but the personality of the POI. All you can do is to explain you sent by mistake.
Need Coffee in an IV Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Stop. Yeah I would say save your money and don't apply.

I dont know if he's referring to my paper or the photo, but I can take a guess. Should I follow up with a pic of my asshole? mschanandlerbong, wheatless, FeelTheBern and 2 others 5

I have needed it a number of times when I have spotted a name spelled wrong or forgotten to attach documents (which I forget all the time). Set it up now so you have it when you need it.
