alecvdpoel Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Did anyone else find that the Cal State Long Beach course equivalency part of the application contained a lot more classes than you actually took even with a completed COMD degree? I did my COMD degree as a second bachelors /post-bac at Utah State, and I did not take many of the courses they are asking for "equivalency" for. These subjects were covered in other classes, yes, but I did not take standalone classes in these areas, such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, Swallowing Disorders, Voice Disorders, etc. I'm having to list multiple classes several times and I'm really hoping it doesn't make my application look bad
Kslptobe Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) Honestly, I did the same exact thing. I used several classes to fulfill the requirements. (at least 6 classes). I am hoping it doesn't affect my application also ): Edited January 13, 2016 by kaelinnn

The program doesnt is a cohort program, so maybe contact the department and see if you can take the classes in the Fall semester and take graduate classes in the Spring?
