Congrats! You've got some serious offers to consider! And @TPSL I got the initial mysterious email, but alas, I too have now given up hope.

And, yeah--trying to visit as many as I can, but also meeting soon with my old advisor to talk through the pros/cons of each.....definitely going to be a hard decision (though I'm leaning ever so slightly toward Chicago, currently.)

However, I'd just like to kill the tiny glimmer of hope I had because I haven't been formally rejected yet.
