Urgent MSW Decision/Acceptance Question

Hello! I was just admitted into Fordham and NYU's MSW programs this week, and Fordham requires a decision within two weeks, NYU within four weeks. Hunter is my top choice and won't give me a decision until mid to late March, but it's basically the only one I can afford. However, I need to go somewhere. I'm terrified of losing one of my current acceptances by waiting to hear from Hunter, and potentially not even getting in there and not being able to go to any school, but Hunter is also the only one that won't put me into serious debt. Do you know of any ways to work around this kind of situation where the schools need a decision so damn soon or ave any advice? I presume I can't accept one as a safety net and still be admitted to Hunter, although that would be ideal. If I put down a deposit for one school can another (Hunter) still admit me? Can I out down deposits to both NYU and Fordham?  Thank you!

Why would you put down deposits for both NYU and Fordham? I can't tell you what to do but if it were me and I was truly hoping for Hunter and thought I had a realistic chance, I would turn down Fordham and hold off answering NYU then when you are close to the deadline ask NYU for an extension. If they don't give it to you then you have other considerations. You could put down a deposit then ask for a release due to financial need if you get an acceptance to Hunter, and if you don't it preserves you chance to attend grad school.

Hi! Have you decided what to do? Also, may I ask when did you submit your application to Fordham and NYU?
