M.A. English programs. Fully funded? So many questions!

Hi everyone! I'm having a bit of a meltdown and could use all the help I can get! 

-I have a B.A. in Journalism.
-Halfway to a Master's in Publishing, but now I'm having health issues (nerve compression) that have made me question my path.(This is along with a few other undisclosed reasons.)  
-I'm interested in teaching college English/Creative Writing, which is why I'm doing this!
-I'm looking into a M.A. English program rather than a Creative Writing M.F.A. program.
 

Would a regular M.A. in English suffice to teach in a college? Certifications?

What are the most up to date M.A. fully funded English programs?  

Would my grad school grades triumph over undergrad?

 

I'm really looking for help to start a list of schools to look at! Thank you!
