Hello, I want to apply to some Professor/Instructor of Art (photography) faculty positions, and the requirements ask for a MFA degree "or equivalent"- I have an MAT in art ed, with over 60 credits in studio art and 12 credits in art history (way beyond the MAT requirements) , and a substantial professional record in international professional photography, with many photographs published/commissioned, as well as a significant exhibition record in painting/printmaking. Do you have any advice of how to present my record in the application, or is not having the MFA a bigger obstacle that I think?
