A set of 5 universities

Hello,

I have done my Bachelors in Computer Science from Pakistan with a meagre cgpa of 2.51. I took the gre in September and scored 318 (q: 163, v: 155, a: 5.0)
I have a one year job experience at a local company with letters of recommendation from good PhD Professors. I want to get into a Canadian university, can anyone make me a list of 5 universities I should apply to? I know I should be doing the messy work myself but I'm really clueless right now. Any help would be appreciated.
