I have no specific suggestions, only areas to explore. MA fellowships are difficult to find. I'm not even sure if you really mean a fellowship, or just a paid position in your field while pursuing an MA (like a paid internship), but I would look at the websites for all local museums. If no positions are advertised as open, look through their staff listing and see who is listed as an intern or holding a fellowship then contact the museum to see when the current term is up and openings will be posted.
