University of MInnesota Twin Cities vs University of Southern California vs North Carolina State University for MS in Mechanical Engineering

Hi guys I really need your opinion as I am seriously confused right now. Which school should I prefer for MS in Mechanical  as I've got acceptance from U of M, USC and NCSU all without funding (as of till now) ? According to rankings by US News USC's Viterbi school is better than Minnesota and NCSU but I think Minnesota and NCSU are better for mechanical engineering. So please give your opinion. Thanks
