I applied to Duke as well for documentary studies (but with a photo instead of film emphasis) I haven't heard anything from them yet either. I work in still and moving images, and emphasized the latter on my application to Duke. Do you know if they interview MFA candidates at all? We tried Skype first but they couldn't get the sound well. So we did it through phone. They mainly asked about what project do you want to do. what can you bring to the community? Gradstatus says decisions will begin to roll out end of March/Early April so I'm hoping I will still have a shot! Hope you hear back from them soon too! Kim2016 Posted March 16, 2016 Share Posted March 16, 2016 For those of you applied to Northwestern MFA in Documentary Media and haven't still heard back from them yet like me, I just got a reply from the program cooridnator that they are still in the review process and the notification will go out end of March / early April. crossing my fingers now! I've been told it's okay to email and ask if you need to make a decision on another acceptance, has anyone done that?
