GPA calculation for a transferred student

I was a transfer student from A school to B school and got a B.S. degree at B school. I am currently applying for graduate schools and have a trouble calculating Cumulative GPA.

Do I include my grade from A school when I calculate Cumulative GPA or Should not?

I dont know how it works at all schools but I was a transfer student also and my cumulative GPA was already included in my GPA when I graduated. The only thing I needed to do when I applied to grad school was make sure that I submitted transcripts from all schools/universities that I attended. Hope this helps:)
