Hey anybody here apply to the Business and Economic reporting concentration at NYU?

What background are you from?

Did you hear anything from the school yet?

Hi I'm a reporter working for a Chinese language newspaper in NYC with no business background.  I'm considered as an international student because I received my bachelor degree in China. I applied to the journalism (BER) program in NYU and had an interview with the director and prof. at the end of Feb. Haven't heard the admission result from them yet.

Hey, @lena_zhangI emailed the admissions office and they told me the notifications will start in the 'coming week, so hopefully we'll both get the good news this coming week or the next. 

I don't have any journalism experience but I have a strong business background being a chartered accountant with 2 years of financial experience. The professors were really encouraging though, and happy with my background so I'm hopeful.
