CSULB sent out their first round of acceptances (post-interview) last Friday and I believe CSU East Bay aims at sending acceptances in April and I believe they also interview for their program.

Do you know when csulb is sending their second round of acceptances?  I've seen people post acceptances, but have yet to see anyone rejected or waitlisted.

Will there be a second round of 'acceptances'?

I thought only rejection and waitlists were left.(If there is second round of acceptances, I am so glad to hear that:)  )

If that's the case, then I think I'm definitely rejected.  My gpa is nowhere their preference and I didn't even get an interview.  If I'm waitlisted, it's likely because the faculty recognizes my name.

I dont have any evidence with what I said. so I may be wrong, and there may be second round of acceptances.

They might be waiting to hear back from those accepted? Not sure we were given til April 15th to submit our decision. Not sure how many rounds of interviews they did/plan to do. Just keep your fingers crossed & keep in touch with the department. Good luck!

don't give up! what's your gpa if you don't mind me asking? i know long beach really only cares about the major/last 60. i got in with like a 3.4 overall gpa

My gpa was somewhere between 3.5-3.6, but my gre scores are average.
