Still not hear anything from UCLA, UC Davis, and UC Riverside

I applied for a PhD program at UCLA, UC Davis, and UC Riverside. I have not heard anything from them yet. I emailed them 2 days ago, however, they have not replied me. Does it mean I should give up?

I turned down an offer from Riverside last week, so if you were on a wait list, hopefully they've taken you into consideration now. It sounds like a great program, but I got a slightly better offer elsewhere. And I wouldn't jump to any conclusions if you still haven't heard from them. Like most academics I know, they can take several weeks to reply to emails. But the people I spoke with at UCR were extremely nice, which made it extra hard to turn down their offer.
