AW35 Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Hi all, Getting down to the wire but I am deciding between BU (epidemiology and global health) and GW (global environmental health). GW is a little more expensive as BU offered some assistance...any thoughts? Advice? Which school would set me up the best for the global health field afterwards? Thanks!
Demeter Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 I have a friend who went to BU and loved it. I also know someone who applied to GWU and loved a lot about it, but chose to go somewhere who had offered her more funding. BU is in Boston, and my friend loved that, and made a lot of connections in her subfield. GWU is in DC, which I think would be helpful for global interests, but, really, global health isn't my area. But if you have any questions about the program at BU, I'm happy to pass them along.
