So for a Canadian student studying in Lebanon, and getting his BE from the best university there with a GPA of 2.96, and a similar GPA in the last final 2 years, is there any chances to be accepted for the unfunded ME program in civil engineering at University of Toronto?
In addition, when do they reply usually?
