4.0 GPA in Computer Science

I'm an International student and have a 4.0 GPA in Computer Science from a state university in the southern part of the US. I have a couple of semesters of research, and a semester of teaching assistantship. GRE score of 325. Given this profile, what would be my chances for Masters in Computer Science at:

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Georgia Tech
The University of Texas at Austin
Purdue University
North Carolina State University

What would be the best safe universities for me? I am planning on specializing in Data Science if possible.
