emmasu Posted December 16, 2009 Share Posted December 16, 2009 Hi everyone, Yesterday I recieved a interview invitation from the Columbia Pathobiology and Molecular Medicine Program. I was invited to visit the campus in Feb.....However, I'm not in US so that I've to travel a very long way and spend a lot of money for tickets and visa... I wanna ask that, as an international student, does the interview invitation indicate I have a very good chance to be accepted? You might try to find out if they can help, though I know programs are scrimping on money these days. Otherwise, an interview is a very good sign! Good luck! purplepepper Posted December 16, 2009 Share Posted December 16, 2009 You might want to call them and tell them your situation (where you are living) I can't imagine that they wouldn't offer you a phone interview so you wouldn't have to spend all that time and money to show up jetlagged...
