Thoughts on SVA, Pratt, SAIC

Greetings all. 

Any though's on SVA's Photo, Video and Related Media program versus the School of the Art Institute of Chicago photo program, or just the two schools in general? What about Pratt's Digital Imaging MFA?

I think Chicago is great and would like to move there, but NYC seems to be the place for anything photo related--but don't want to fool myself. 

I'm more of a fine art shooter than commercial but I know there's crossover.

Anyone pick a school and then regret it and drop out to try again the following year?
