I have applied to 5 Universities for PhD in CS dept: Computer Networks (Sensor - Swarm Intelligence) + Grids. I am looking for suggestions for avg rank Universities with a good CS department. This will help me in my contingency plan. If I don't get accepted then I will work for 2 yrs and apply again. I am not looking for Ivy league Universities.
