Selecting Grad Schools for MS in ECE

I am in my final year of engineering and want to apply for MS in Embedded systems for fall 2017. 
BTech CGPA=7.9
12th= 92%
10th=94.4%
GRE (mock)=314
IELTS=8.0

Have done training at Hewlett Packard and Mitsubishi for a month each.

This is my list of ten colleges I have considered so far:

1. Texas A&M
2. University of Illinois, Urbana Champagne
3. University of Virginia
4. Rutgers
5. northeastern 
6. MSU
7. UMich
8. Virginia Tech
9. Boston University
10. Penn state

I want to know if I am being too ambitious. Are any of these colleges achievable given my scores?
