Which score should I use

I took both GRE and GMAT. However, both scores are not competitive. (GRE 600+800+4.5, GMAT 700+5). For GRE, the writing is low. For GMAT, the verbal is quite low (only 64%) while the quant is 99%.

For some programs which accept both GMAT and GRE (KSG, SAIS), which score should I use? Will they look at the total score of GMAT or look at verbal and quant seperately? Thanks:-)

i think you can submit both. and i think you should.
