SquigglesSquiggles Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 Hello everyone, I was wondering about MSW programs in western Canada- U Victoria, UBC, UBC Okanagan, and U Calgary. 1.Does anyone here have experience with these programs, can recommend (or warn me to avoid) any of these universities? 2. Which program would be best for policy, and which would be best for clinical work?
lashe Posted November 3, 2016 Posted November 3, 2016 Did you get ever get information regarding this? I am also wondering which schools are more geared more towards clinical social work!
GradMSW Posted October 7, 2017 Posted October 7, 2017 I am also wondering about UBC-O RH2. Has anyone know about UBC MSW advanced program? I have heard negative things from some of the previous years grads but things might have changed since they went there. The negative experiences could also have been only their experience and does not have to be a genralization about the program. But I am curious if someone has info to share. Feel free to PM me or reply here, whichever you are more comfortable with. Cheers
